A bit about the process

As a coach, I guide and support clients to establish positive diet and lifestyle changes, which can help to increase energy, maintain a healthy weight, improve mood and manage stress. By truly understanding my client’s situation, needs and goals, together, we will tailor a wellness plan that is unique to them, sustainable long-term and importantly, gets results.

About Me

Here is a little introduction to who I am and what I do and hopefully the first step in your wellness journey with me.

I am a qualified Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach from the Institute of Health Sciences and am passionate about improving my client’s quality of life through small, achievable and sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. My approach is holistic and realistic. Life is to be lived and enjoyed and I want to help people realise their goals and get the most out of their lives.

I haven’t always been in this game. For over 10 years I worked in advertising in London and Dublin. I loved the exciting world of adland and was lucky enough to work with some incredibly talented people. I gained a huge amount both professionally and personally from my career but things changed for me once I had my first baby in 2016. As happens with many new parents, my priorities shifted and my perspective on life changed with the arrival of our little girl. I have always had a keen interest in nutrition and health but saw the real value and importance of this once I became a Mum. Health and wellness of both body and mind impacts every aspect of life today and in the future. Over time, it became glaringly apparent to me that this was where my passion lay and I decided to transition this from a personal interest to a career where I can share my knowledge and experience and help people be the best version of themselves. And so voilà, here we are!

One-to-One Consultations


I work with clients on an individual basis, either face-to-face or via Skype or FaceTime and build a wellness plan tailored to their specific set of goals and needs.

I will spend time getting to know and understand your situation and help define your goals, whether they are to lose weight, to increase energy, improve mood or help manage stress. We will then work together to build a wellness plan that includes positive diet and lifestyle changes that you can carry forward to your new, happier, healthier life!

Our first session will be approx. 1.5 hours and then our subsequent sessions will be 1 hour. I usually recommend 4 to 6 sessions to really get the benefits of the coaching process.

Wellness for Pregnancy


I work with women either individually or in a group setting to promote optimum health and wellness during pregnancy. This is suitable for women who are planning a pregnancy or who are already pregnant. It’s never too late to make positive lifestyle changes and take control of your wellbeing at this special time of life.

Whether working with me one-to-one or in a group, you will leave this programme with lots of helpful and practical information to help you to have a happy and healthy pregnancy. You will also develop an individualised wellness plan based on your own circumstances and goals so you are fully empowered to achieve those goals.

Group Workshops


I offer group workshops around a variety of topics relating to diet, health and wellness. These can be tailored to meet the needs of a specific group so if you and some friends or colleagues would like to make positive changes together, please get in touch.
